Yoga training with Danielle/Garnet Heart Wellness was a very transformative experience! It deepened my knowledge of yoga philosophy & anatomy but it also helped me grow spiritually. Danielle is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive & passionate about what she does & teaches, she creates a safe space for self-discovery. With all the hands on practice, learning assists & constructive feedback, I gained a lot more confidence in my teaching skills. Being one of the older students coming into the training & only finding yoga later in life, I felt embraced by all my fellow yoga trainees & extremely inspired! This training has empowered me to share the gift of yoga with others while continuing my own journey of growth. It was truly life-changing & deeply rewarding.
